I currently have a 4ft wide x 2ft deep x 6ft tall tent with a DWC tub with 4 plants 3 are auto white moscow and one is AK47. The light is a 250 watt MH (currently will switch to HPS in flowering) i beleive they are still in seedling stage so that is why i have not added nutes. I'm using RO water from one of the dispensers in front of stores. so heres a couple of pics tell me what you think? p.s I plan to top then scrog under a 3ft X 2ft screen general setup Auto White Moscow Another AWM The AK47 and its late start
quick question when is the best time to give nutes? i have some veg nutes ready to be put in ill probably start at 25% strength.... this is actualy my second grow the first time i did it, i chose a stealthy PC grow with one plant in soil with scrog implemented... How is the GC today?
I practiced topping on one of the two soil plants that are on the side that i started about 2 weeks before i decided to do hydro and i couldnt kill them so im keeping them on the side who knows.....

plants are lookin good man, preciate you stoppin by my grow.is this your first with this setup? what were you growin in your pc.and if u dont mind me askin,y did u start with a pc case?and why did u decide to upgrade?(perhaps some of the same information may benefit me).
the first grow i did was a small time pc grow just for fun you know? my dad helped and it was a learning experience and after studying growing i decied to put the money in to it by buying the tent hydro ket nutes Premo seeds cause im going for yeild this time fingers crossed
I checked in on my plants and the hand-banana, Err, and Mini-K are yellowing on the tips not that crunchy more flimsy.... Whats the verdict GC?
got my ph dow to 5.8/6.0 by switching the water out in the resevoir.... Mini-k is about to pass her older sisters in leaf production haha shes a real grower ill put pics up soon
in your hydro tub, do you have ANY nutes in it? cause unlikesoil you need to add 15% nute formula.water doesnt have nutes it it naturally like soil. jamalil nutes in you tub and you will see real growth. just my 2centsmy friend. also ill be watching. keep er green

on an impulse buy i bought an 18 gallon rubermaid bin and swithced my 4 inch netted pots in to it and ot of my 5 gallon tub.... this seems to have been a bad idea... its super super heavy (impossiple to lift deadweight style while full of water with out spilling) so im thinking about switching back to the 5 gallon it was a fun experiement though... i also picked up a bigger air pump and a new fan..... too tired to reswitch the tubs but will do tomo after adding some nutes.....
i guarantee you that adding some nutes that within 5 hours they might grow a inch. water has nothing for nutrition absolutely nothing im a soil and beginner hydro i had the same problem my first timehydro.soil you gota wait two weeks cause the soil naturally has stuff for the plant to eat.water doesnt.

I (also) am a soil grower making the leap to hydro for time and yeild reasons.... im used to not putting nutes untill after about two weeks.... so could me not feeding them nutes have stunted their growth at all? pics later this afternoon... around 2:30 (central) and yall can be the judge of growth

Don't worry about stunting their growth, the plants will be fine. You don't want to add nutrients too soon, but your seedlings look like they're ready for nutes, especially under that MH. I hope you'll have pictures with an explosion of growth for us later today.
You're going to want that 18 gallon reservoir when it's flowering time. The big tub sounds like it's a bit inconvenient, and for seedlings it'd be overkill, but when your girls are pounding water (easily more than a gallon per day) at the end of flowering you'll need a larger reservoir to act as a buffer, otherwise you'll run the risk of going dry.
True i think im going to develop a 10 gallon rez though... perhaps like this diagram there is a hose going from the 10 gallon to the 5 gallon. also today i will increase the nutes in my tank would you say that i need 25% or 50% nutes?
