lul Scarlett O'Hara is from my hometown. I think Rise dropped them. Everybody fucking despises them down here. Edit: I know pretty much all of these bands.

I'm assuming he was in a local band and all of those signed bands were like headliners etc. and his band was one of the opening sets. Idk, that's how they run shows here at least.
