So obviously the feds are going to try and scare people out of the new marijuana industry by seizing assets and whatnot, but won't these cases have to be tried in front of a jury of the same people who voted for legalization in their respective states? And couldn't those juries use nullification? And if they did, what does that do exactly? And how many jurors need to nullify?
