Junk Food

  1. I think that the term 'junk food' is outdated.  I think we should drop food off the end and just call it junk.  This will help, psychologically, with anyone attempting to avoid eating it, and is one small step towards a mcdonald's-less future.

So I propose that we attempt to stop using the term 'junk food' and just call it what it is.

  2. Yeah I'm on your side, but they have billions in marketing strategies...

I rarely eat junk, sometimes I have to (no time or at work).

  3.
yup, thats another talking point. if someone is asking you or me about what to eat just mention how much money mcdonalds or whomever spends trying to convince people to eat it...

  4. I mean its really kind of depressing, they spend so much money trying to convince people to eat the shit, and then when people do it is both unsatisfying and addictive...

eating healthy is as much about sticking it to the man as it is about diet

  5. Why they're trying to rid local farmers here.

Prices of organic produce is going up as well.
