  1. Does anyone juice?  I'm about to start today.  I have tmj syndrome, chronic tension headaches every day, sleep apnea and achilles tendonitis.  Hoping the juicing might give me some relief to some of those things.  Maybe all heh.  All we can do is try, right?

  2. I'm sure it will help, I've been juicing for a few months now & have noticed lots of different health improvements as a result. It's a painless way to eat raw veggies too, which I hate.

  5. Hmm...

I can't remember where I read it but there was a discussion on this recently, juicing vs making oil /etc. The debate was whether raw cannabis provides bioavailable constituents, how much vs prepared/decarboxylated cannabis etc.

Are you smoking/ingesting oils also? The general consensus AFAIK was that juicing raw cannabis does provide various phytonutrients but in terms of medicine/cannabinoids/etc the real deal is still "prepared" or "activated" cannabis.

  6. In raw form actually, marijuana leaves and buds are actually loaded with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer nutrient compound known as CBD. CBD works in our bodies that turn out to be very effective at regulating immune functions, nerve functions and bone functions.

  7. ^Would CBD be active in raw material?  hmmm.

  8. just like raw thc cbd still has an active enzyme in raw form known as cbd-a that will block your receptors from absorption of said cbd. you still get the live active phytos and raw plant nutrients but most of the cbd will not be bio available and slip right through without touching your neuron receptors. the thc cbd will have to be time or heat activated to strip the enzyme and to get the psycho active compounds absorbed into the receptor.

  9. Def not preveneting headaches so far.  This afternoon just got the worst one in a long time.  Right side of my head/eye feels like someone has a vice grip around it.  Caved and took 3 advil :(

  10. it will probably take a few days to build up in your system if you make it a routine. I had read somewhere that cannabis has a vitamin when taken raw that is not found anywhere else, like vitamin p or something, maybe vitamin k?

  11. You need fats with it. Try making a smoothie with some whole milk yogurt
