Judge allows felon on prohbation to smoke marijuana

    a judge out here just ok'ed a felon who is on prohbation to smoke medical marijuana cause of some illness he has. Good to see a judge allow this. http://www.mapinc.org/newsnorml/v03/n1326/a05.html


    ps: good to see theres a medical marijuana section on here now, since i live in california theres allways news bout medical marijuana now i got my own section to talk bout it :)
