So today I bought my first joint roller,stupid me, I cut off the apron. Thought it was just a protective thing until opened. It came with an extra apron though, so I just put that on. However, my question is, how often do you need to replace aprons, and why ? Do they easily rip ? And do you ever really need to replace the roller? I have the elements 79mm one.
I have had mine for about 4 years, and I have not had to replace anything. I am not a heavy user of it, but still.
you shouldn't have to replace it at all, plus those things are only like 3 bucks for a new one so who cares
Ive used mine alot when i couldnt roll and the reason it needs replaced is because so much resin will build on it over time, u clean it off but the smooth finish wears off and weed sticks more often, papers rip sometimes. But by the time mine was wore out i knew how to roll without it.
