Meteorologist Freakout[/ame] the whole DC, balitmore area is in a fuckin frenzy over this snowstorm coming their way. they even talked about it on PTI the other day. is the midatlantic area really that panicked over 14-22 inches of snow? they probably wont respond because theyre hiding out in thier bomb shelters.
It's pretty funny seeing people get worked up over it. We got like 22 inches plus back in December in Ma. Walking through some drifts the snow went up to my chest. Wasn't a big deal. I was out at a party the night the storm started, drove home, got up the next day and drove to work.
It is pretty bad. I had to walk to and from work last night/today, about 3 miles, and it took me an hour to get there, and then another hour and 30 minutes to get back because the snow is past my knees...and I'm 6'2" Of course they don't send anybody to clear out the snow in the hood. Only the nice parts of DC get that luxury.
yeah DC was pretty fucked, even the streets around GW's hospital were covered in snow, and i think that's the only trauma hospital in the area
it sucks because it's going to close down the whole city man..let alone the capital of the country. idd prolly be freaking out too. not like that guy though
i dunno if sum people are realizing this or not but... LOZ. thats alllllooooot of money to get all that shit cleaned up. but it woud be a nice site to see, im kinda jealous

It seems like there has been huge snow storms all around michigan, but never hit it. All I hear about is all this snow everywhere. But then I look outside... not even an inch. I really really really pisses me off.
i'm in baltimore and the snowpocalypse is awesome. i'd say it's closer to 30 inches but i bought a new Vapor Bros the day before it hit so i'm good 2 go!!
Have fun dude. It took me almost 2.5 hours to shovel out this old lady's driveway today. I made $50 though, so it's all good
They're retarded. Last year, we got dumped on w/ 4 ft in a matter of 2 weeks. I was the person at the apt complex that I worked at that had to shovel off all the the stairways. There was so much snow that it filled up the stairs all the way to the hand rail. 20" isn't anything, you don't even need a shovel to clear that. A shop broom works fine on stairs. This year, we've had only 2" all winter, and that melted off within 1 day. I think it's going to be a dry year. (yay, more wildfire )
