    My gf and I want to make our own, just with some coconut oil. It's not quite the same as that product, but it's something we want to try. If it flops we'll make some edibles :p

    It's likely there'd be some sensation in the penis as well, although not as much as the vulva which is better at absorbing things (large mucous membrane surface area). Alternatively, if you put the lube on your partner and perform oral, you could get high that way as well.
