    any suggestions?

  2. Anyone? comon i need help

  3. check the volume settings in itunes, sometimes i turn it off and forget about it. it usually alerts you when you re open itunes but i can't think of anything else that would affect it if everything else works

  4. on my mac my master sound turned off somehow and there was a red light shining out of the earphone hole so i stuck some head phones in thre and it turned my master volume back on. i really have no idea if your facing the same problem but im just trying to help

  5. Was it the volume on iTunes? It was wasn't it? :p

  6. no, the volume is as high as it can go, ive checked all the equalizer settings, the master volume on my computer is all the way up, and it still won't play... this is pissing me off lol

  7. What OS?

  8. Windows Vista 32-bit

  9. When you view the computers master volume click the "mixer" button and it will have master volume then application volumes, see if Itunes is set to 0

  10. they are all they way up. :\

  11. checked google for you, couldnt really find a solid solution, heres another forum that has the same problem.

What you could do (just a guess) is upgrade to vista sp2. unless your already on it. If i was in your position, as much of a pain in the ass that it is, i would just reinstall vista if itunes means that much to you. Just dont forget to back up all your files if you do this! Sorry for no solid solution

  12. I've had to reinstall vista 2 times now. its bullshit, and i dont have a way to backup my files. don't really have anything good but then again i hate reinstalling my countless other programs

yea that is bullshit. I do know of a program thats good for backing up but i see you dont want to re-install vista (neither would i). I guess im all out of things to say, ill look around google a little more for you. Maybe if u have the cash hit up windows 7 ;) even though its ridiculous that somebody would have to buy a new OS to use a program that says its compatible.

EDIT: found another site (http://www.aqua-soft.org/forum/topic/32168-help-no-sound-in-itunes/), some of the things from that site are: Shut down the computer, leave it for 5-10 mins, turn on and try agian. Update sound drivers, and check in the sound options that the correct sound output is selected

  14. Try this: right click on a song then go to "get info". Click on the options tab and there should be a volume adjustment for that song, if its set to -100% you obviously wont be hearing anything :p
