I bought a glass ice bong off of GC and paid 7/15 at midnight. It's the 18th and it's still in pre-shipping. Does pre-shipping mean not sent and if so do they usually take this long?
A lot of businesses say wait 3-5 days for shipping. Patience, it's GC, they are a reputable company, if you truly are concerned I would get a hold of them.

Got it yesterday, took about 8 days to arrive to the UK. I'd avoid ordering from this shop at all costs.. It wasn't the same ash catcher what was advertised in the picture.. ''All was good, expect I ordered a clear ash catcher, not a black leaf one'' was the feedback I left, yet they refuse to put it up?
