Hi everyone! This is my first post here and my first indoor grow in like 15 years. I'm on a super tight (more like nonexistent) budget so I will be keeping it simple. I have 2 seedlings of my outdoor crop from last year and a clone. Grow area is 2'x2.5'x7', cheap milar emergency blanket covering 70% of the walls. Light is a kings led 1200w (actual 175w) Amazon special. Everything in a home blend of soil and will only be recieving well water. Hopefully I can get a mother, harvest and reveg out of this little clone. We shall see Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I apologize for the purple lighting. I will get better pics up soon. Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Thank you. I have an Instagram showing last years outdoor. Harry Anslinger or noshowmogrow if anyone is interested Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Cleaning things up a bit. Moved the seedlings into gallon jugs with holes pierced everywhere for more air. Lowered the light to about 16" and running 24-7. Have isolating fan on low its keeping right at 76. I know things could be way better, but my budget is zero! I have a good home mixed soil full of worms ready to transplant the "PDW" when she's ready. All in all I cant complain. Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Thank you for the advice. I've done it this way for a long time even started them in clear cups without issues. These will get transplanted eventually into regular pots, but in the mean time I have what I have. Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Transplanted today. She had decent roots starting to wrap around her small pot. She should start to really thrive in this soil. I did find like 10 worms still doing their thing when I remixed the soil before I put her in. I'm trying to decide whether or not to top? I have never grown traditionally I've always topped and trained. I'm thinking of seeing what she has naturally and take clones when she is ready before flip. I'd really like to keep these genetics and start to blend her into some Missouri landrace(or at least as close as it gets this same strain has been growing locally for 20+years)I have access too. Invested $24 more and increased wattage by 100 combination of 50watt led 5000k (300watt equivalent) and 4 13watt cfl 2700k. Phone lux meter is reading 27,000+ at the canopy. Should really help this small grow space. Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Still accepting lighing donations for anyone feeling generous lol Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Topped the 2 little ones @ the 3rd node yesterday and will lst them in time. The pineapple dream wreck clone is doing great and really filling out. I will start training her branches down but and not going to top her. The Bruce Banner cross with? Just popped and is looking healthy. I'm building a new room 3.5'x5.5'x8' and will be moving in thrre shortly. Hoping to get some new lighting for the new room and not have to cobble anything together. Plants receive water only and seem to be digging the soil. Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
We're getting there. Waiting on a new light and building a flower room. Being gifted another Pineapple Dream Wreck to flower under the new qb when it gets here. I'm pretty happy with this little grow so far I can't complain Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I used the King 1000 Plus for 3 grows. It worked OK for seedlings through veg but needed a more powerful light for flower. Last grow was 4 plants and got a yield of about 7 oz. I know that won't "win any prizes" but I was happy enough with it and the quality was good. Just started a new grow with a new quantum board light which looks great so far. Good luck with your grow, the plants look great.
I have a figolite qb for flowering. My kingled is kinda a joke. I have a50.watt 5000k cob light that works much better. Thank you Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app
