I placed an order on 2/22 for 2 pipes. I still have the e-mail that the grasscity store sent me when I placed the order. I did not register at the store so there's no other way for me to check whether this order has been actually processed and shipped. Is there anyway I can cancel it? I noticed my credit card was charged the day I placed the order yet I don't have the product in my hand after a month.
