NCAA Mens College Hockey tourney this weekend begins! Anyone else excited? Who do you want to win? I go to Minnesota, but we didn't make it (again this year ) but I'm from Wisconsin, and so I got my jersey and Bucky sweatpants, so lets go Badgers! There's gotta be at least SOME college hockey fans out there, right?
I don't follow college hockey too much, but I keep up with Michigan hockey...we just made an improbable run into the tourney. Plus we just got a pretty good draw...better than we could have I'm told. Go Blue.
Yeah, Michigan was a pretty good team this year, they always seem to make a good run at the end, and always put a good team into the tournament if they go. But, Miami just won out (by luck, or calls, or w/e). So now, Wisconsin can beat the shit outta RIT and be in the championship! Hopefully BC vs Badgers, I think we could beat 'em. GO BIG RED!
I can pull for wisco now that we're out...I saw football games (and some bball) games at every big ten school (except minnesota) and I have to say that Wisconsin fans were the classiest by far. Almost everywhere else people threw beer at us or flicked cigarettes or just heckled us endlessly. I get the rivalries and the fanatacism, but at some point you have to recognize its just a game and we're all sport fans, so drink your beer instead of throwing it at me. Is the frozen four even on tv?
