    wats the best way to grow and keeping plant stable if got no equipment and uv lighting ? any help ? :rolleyes:

    isnt hard to get lighting, Energy saving lightbulbs (cfls) are cheap and effective.

    60Watts+ on a plant with cfls would work pucker.

    Power saving lightbulbs? Any store that sells a good amount of lightbulbs should have them.

    Well you are not gonna grow with a uv light thats for sure, its argued that lizard lights can be used to increase trich production. But yes CFLs will work get at least 100 actual watts per plant and you will bw fine.
