It tastes bad

maybe it wasn't cured properly. That usually seems to be the case when I get some homegrown.

 

Toss it in a paper bag for a week.

If it doesn't taste better than maybe it wasn't flushed properly. Is there a sort of chemical taste?

 

Yup, it was either cured or dried improperly, hence why it is beasters.

 

seriously.. do you know how many things it could be then just your marijuana.. for one make sure your pipe/bong/vape etc are clean! and also i dont think smoking plant matter is ever tasteful! Maybe the grower used to many chemicals.. how the fuck should we know.. just smoke and stop complaining!

if it has an "earth" taste, which makes no damn sense, but im guessing it needs cured.. now go look for a method, or use the method that was described earlier in this thread

Personally, I smoke weed to get high. If I want to have something that *tastes* great, I'll make myself a ice-cream float or a nice rich cake.

I don't eat cake to get high and I don't smoke weed for the taste.

That said, flushing doesn't do a fucking thing for taste. I've run so many real blind and double blind tests on flushed and non-flushed weed that I've proven beyond any doubt what-so-ever that flushing is a well spread myth of those who have never done and probably don't even know what a double blind test is.

The strain, how its grown, how its dried and cured and what you're using to smoke it have all there is to do with the taste.

If you take the same weed and:

1. Smoke it in a resin filled, nasty-ass, never cleaned pipe, bowl or bong right off the bush, or right after a short heat dry with no cure, it'll taste like regurgitated dog crap.

2. Dry it properly, cure it properly and smoke it in a nice clean glass bowl, pipe or bong, you'll find the taste of the weed 100 times better than the example in #1 above.

If you smoke your weed while wearing only the best fashions, in only the places where those with excellent character go and use only the best of the best to smoke it in, no one will ever say you haven't great taste!
