High folks!

THIS IS A LOW COST, INDOOR GROW WITH SUNLIGHT AND ORGANIC COMPOST.

Compost is a mix of organic commercial compost and 10 year plus home made compost. Grown in a south facing window with no electrical costs. Grown in a legal state.
This is my third attempt at this style of grow. The first never finished (had to be yanked before flowering), the 2nd, linked in post 3 of this journal, was a ripping success.

This year has a few refinements. I’m rebuilding the window enclosure so it’s more efficient and more presentable. I’m also practicing my skills as a hobbyist wood worker.

I purchased my seeds this year. If they produce as promised it will be a very worthy investment. The strains mentioned are of distinct lineage. Let’s hope the seed producers, a highly respectable group recommended by a good friend and long time cultivator (and cannabis cup judge), are true to their words.

Seeds were placed in compost today.

Just the three (there will be a lot of triadic motifs in this grow).
As seen in my last diary, the lighting conditions here trigger flowering rather rapidly and dramatically. I prefer 5 months of vegetative growth and this is as about late in the season for sprouting as I can do while still getting 5 months of vegging.

My last grow I ended up with just one plant, but that was a sativa landrace strain which filled the screen.

With these seeds being indica dominant I’m hoping for 2-3 plants and maybe the screen will be filled. So it’s still a bit experimental and I’m still learning and refining.
