FEMALES are the ones you want. Mothers will need to be under a light 16-24 hours a day and in a different room than flowering plants. If you mother out a plant then you will get a propagation tray and make some cuttings. After they take root you can plant them in a veg room and when it's time flip it into 12/12 . Look into autoflowering strains as they can flower in any light, this may be a better option as you seem very confused.
