  1. is there a maximum amount of thc the iso will grab ? Say I had 2 jars of leaf and I soaked the first one then strained the iso into the second jar soaked it and then strained into a dish would it pull just as much as the first jar ? I keep buying out my walmart on 99% so I'm just lookin for a way to do this using as little alcohol as possible

  2. try [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1buSgDNfGFQ"]dry ice hash[/ame]... your making hash yes?

  3. He is making oil...I would use new alcohol bro, better safe than sorry. It would probs work fine but you would more than likely get a better prodcut with new alcohol put in each jar

  4. Anybody else have any input ? I hope it is possible :/

  5. i know chemicals have a point were they become saturated and cant do any more reactions"like extracting thc" but idk were that point is with the iso, my guess is the second batch would give you a little less and more impure than the first but probably that that noticeable of a difference especially if you mix it all back together at the end.
dry ice is hard to come by in some places i dont know a single place to get it around here unless i take a drive but if you can get your hands on it do it that was

    Alright thanks!

  7. You'll want to run it in smaller batches if you want to use less alcohol. If you try to do a whole jar at once you'll have a much harder time recovering the liquid from a large jar of material than if you were to wash smaller batches at a time, because most of the alcohol will only coat the plant matter instead of collecting in the jar.

  8. sorry.... I'd look into getting a essential oil distiller... this way you can recollect all the alcohol.... its detailed in the Doc's oil thread...

bout half way down... there's a video... i believe that's what your trying to do... sorry bout adding the video to your thread...

    Yes thank you!!

  11. I would strongly suggest you read the docs thread then... there were some comments about the solvent temp and all kinds of stuff... you have to weed threw lots of comments to kinda get to the good stuff... but its a really good thread if your making oil... oil is super expensive...

    good luck with your oil...
