Isolation vs Full body workouts.

  1. Which do you prefer?

    I personally love my full body workouts, lots of compound movements that work most of my body like deadlifts, squats, clean&jerk Overhead squats etc.

    Helps me keep my stabilizer's nice and strong :D

  2. Upper one day, lower and abs the next.

    Sometimes I will do the full body but it really kicks your ass.
