    Can I make iso with 70% ? I know I can but I'm more or less asking if I should ... Will there be negative effects ? Or what please give me some details

    since it has more water in it, it will extract a lot of the stuff you dont want...

    you CAN use it, and if its your only option you should, but if you can get 91 or 99% i would use one of those
