What do you mean? It is like Myspace anything on it is fare game. Cops can check it dunno if they do, but they can. They won't arrest you for tokin a bong on you tube, but if u use a gun they can use it to link serial numbers and things for proof of owner ship. Jobs I dunno if they check, but they have the right to.
Personaly i wouldent worrie about it,there are many pepole on there toking. I have a few crazzy videos on there and all that happens is they put an over 18 only accept button that realy anyone can click no matter of age. Your all safe man.

that's exactly what I was gonna say. It's not illegal to be 'high' on tape the last I heard. Even if someone did see it, I don't think they can use that as 'evidence' to charge you with a damn thing.
