I like to think it is. I have quite a bit of friends who claim they're helping their health by not smoking weed and smoking cigars instead. I honestly don't smoke weed (hmm, weird since I'm on grasscity) and I don't smoke cigars but I'd have to say if I did either I would go with weed.
