Is weed a cure???

    I just wanted to know what diseases can weed help... Like cancer, and HIV... Could it help diabetics, and bulimics??? If so please tell me how... And if there are any other diseases that weed could help with... I would like a legitimate source...

    Yes, it's a cure.

    Most psychoactive drugs cure something. Green actually cures a lot.

    I used to have exploding body disorder and 6 fingers on each hand. now I'm normal like everyone else.
