Build your own and get an HPS light with the money you didn't waste. Of course you know that even with tht your going to need to buy pH meter and a tds meter.
lol alot of these meanings are wierd i didn't really think it would be more complicated than plant, certain amount of light, water and time.
i just started dro an built it my self a 4 gal plastic tub thats about a foot long an aroud 8in wide an maybe 6-8in deep an i put 2 6in net pots in it i had the tub i went to buy every this an it cost 15$ for the air pump walmart ,dro store got some rockw cubes 1in 8$ 5$ a bottle for the nuts protekt-grow-flower 12in air stone 4$ small bottle of ph up an down with the test tube an drops for about 8$ so for about 50$ i have evey thing an i went an got a 2foot flor light with 2 bulbs a worm an a cool for 30$ so about 100$ an im set
