I've never had a bong or water pipe. I usually smoke bowls or blunts. dude get that.. I used to have one but it was just a glass vial and it had a rubber hose comin off it.. Id reccomend it, They smoke great. How much are they chargin for that?
Dude just go to your lhs and get a bubbler. It is a pipe with a downstem and water chamber. It's a handheld bong. Cheaper hit great and portable. Her a nice one for $30-$40
It looks nice; I'd enjoy smoking out of a piece like that But also; if you buy it be prepared to be EXTREMELY careful with it, that skinny mouthpiece would break easily no matter how high quality the glass itself it, and also be prepared to clean it often, because once a good amount of resin builds up in that long skinny tube cleaning it out of there will be difficult and dangerous hahah If you like it enough to be up to the challenges of taking care of it, definitely buy it! Personally i like it a lot; but I'm not sure if I'd spend the money to buy it when with all the maintenance work and how delicate it'd be I'd only use it very occasionally.
What are the advantages of smoking out of this? What's the difference between this and a glass pipe (obviously I know they are different) I would just like to know, do they get you higher? More weee to load into it? Sorry for the ?. Im a female and usually only smoke out of bowls like I said. And they want like $22.00 for this one online. I love cleaning my pieces, so that wouldn't be a issue.

A bubbler is cheap and smaller then what you posted. All of my bubblers have hit amazing you get a really good taste and I think you get higher from a bubbler because of the filtration. A Bubbler is in that price range as well so you should be good. They are easy to clean and easy to carry. Any smoke shop will have a decent selection and you can always haggle with them (being a cute chick you should get at least $10 off)
