Is this stash jar suitable?

    Hey there GC =D

    The other day my brother ran out of earl gray tea, so he gave me the container to use as a stash jar. I ran it through the dishwasher, then hand scrubbed it with alcohol based sanitizer.

    I am, however, wondering if it is suitable for holding weed and keeping it fresh. I closed the lid (which is very tight) and submerged it under water. I could see small amounts of air bubbles escaping from just one part near the lid, but when I opened it up there was no water inside.

    I see that it's not air tight completely, but it should be good for keeping my weed fresh, right?

    I've considered buying a mason jar, but for some reason I never get around to it.

    TL;DR: Will a container used for tea herbs be suitable for holding ganja herbs? >.<

    I've stashed weed in shittier containers before so it'll probably be fine but a mason jar will guarentee freshness. Just hit up a walmart.

    i mean, i think it should be just fine. the amount of air that is coming out is so miniscule that it souldnt matter naything.
    BUT go and get some mason jars! they are like 5 bucks for a pack of ten... SO cheap:hello: and they bomb :smoking:

    I'd say yes; it is. It's better than having it in a plastic bag imo. so why not.

    Mason Jars would be better; but use what you got. doesn't hurt at all.

    Thanks guys! I'm so in favor of the mason jars but for some reason I never get around to it! hahahaha. Next time I'm by walmart I'll pick some up.

    For now this jar is really nice.

    yeah man its totally worth it for the price!! and there is no way you can smell it through one of those biatchs! lol
