It looks like one of the first two true leaves are dead or its been crushed. The other seedling I haves two leaves are getting pretty large and they're the same size.

Just give it time especially if it's outdoors temps got to be a little higher for the plant to respond.. I know nothing bout outdoor growing but my tent stays low 70s with lights off and mid 80s and my RH is a constant battle but I try to keep it around 40% on average if your outside you can't control either of these thing so just let it do is thing..
