    This is my first time actually purchasing weed, which is why I was unsure.

    I know that a dime is usually 10$, but I was confused about how that 10$ was figured, if it was weight or quality. I offered 15$, since I was having my friend go out of his way to get it for me, he isn't a dealer. As for getting ripped off amount/quality wise, that's just the risk I'm taking since I'm having someone get it for me..
