Ok well is it a bad idea to cut the branches as they mature like one here two tomorrow sort of thing?
personally I leave as much as I can together. I live in southern nm with like 15% humidity, I do have a humidifier but with the fan going as well its hard to keep the humidity up enough to ensure a slow dry. by leaving the leaves and everything im able to slow the drying period down a bit. a auto I pull the whole plant and hang it up side down photos ill cut it into 3 or 4 pieces that's me tho most do by branches
Its humid as fuck in where I am. I guess my question really is If I start hacking off branches lets say 1 every couple days, should I expect the plant to start kicking the dust rather rapidly.
my bad I read that fast yea you can I know youre not " supposed " to smoke weed right off the stick but I can never wait lol if its a new strain. I like trying it at several different stages before harvest. so yea the rest of the plant continues to mature so I don't think that would be an issue cutting a one two or a few off and letting the rest mature longer
it might actually aid in the inner and lower bud sites in their growth they might get bigger and produce more idk tho
Yeah a lot of people will harvest that way especially outdoor. They'll cut off all the larger buds near the top that's usually ripe first and let the stuff more on the inside and bottom mature a little longer before cutting. Some of my plants outdoor have taken me almost a week to harvest by myself, and the plant never shows any sign of stress really while I'm hacking away limb by limb each day. and that's what i was looking at, i think she still has more time 5 days, leaves look ready though!!! hahahaha. the others though? to young for bud porn. very nice...
Ok that one is a different plant. I haven’t photographed it before. It kind of snuck up on me. I only say she’s ready because I don’t see any pistils on her anymore.
I know I’ve made this confusing lol. But I’m talking about the bud in last photo of first batch of photos from today. This one.
I’m going to take your advice don’t get me wrong. I just want to clarify because I’d rather not have “couch-lock” bud.
this is the one i was talking about. as far as not having couch lock bud, assuming its a hybrid, i would say the most developed are ready. but i have to admit with all these different strains going around i've experienced quite different effects with "similar" strains and this really might be able to go either way if we were better imformed as science gets her lined out. man i'm ripped
