is this phosphorous or magneese deficiency ?

  1. im having trouble with a new strain that im growing. the mother plant is absolutely beautiful vigorous and healthy, tight internode spacing and bushy.

    the cuttings i have been vegging from the mother are growing tall and lanky even after being topped twice. they are vegging under a 1000 watt MH and the room temp never exceeds over 75. i took a 2nd set of cuttings and fed it the exact same as the mother plant and kept them under the same cfl as the mother and they too are stretching. (all plants are under 18-6 light cycle right now)

    the other issue im having is some strange spots on the leaves of the vegging plants which looks like phosphorous or magneese deficiency
