Not, in my opinion, but i guess you could use it. For vegetative growth, the first number is the most important. You want that higher/equal to the 2nd and 3rd. Before I went organic, I used a Peters 20-20-20, then a 5-50-17 for flower. They are easy to overuse. You'll need to leech this stuff out before harvest.
