Yes it looks normal like a plant 3 weeks into flowering.

 

looks good, need to bump the shit outta N though. not dark enough to have started flower, see how bright green the inner new growth is, it should be the same color as the leaf

 

after that cut it back down i see your soil so it will be delayed.
