Is this nute lockout or heat problems?

    3'x4' closet, my lights are all 23w 65k. im runnin 24hrs light right now. im using canna terra pro plus soil as well as canna terra vega and flores for nutrients and have only nuted them once and that was 2 days ago. they are 10 days old.

    I don't see much wrong with those at this point. Go easy on the nutes.
