    So my plants on day 2 of drying

    Also starting to give off a grass type of smell?

    the smell should pick up as it dries properly

    its vital you treat her gentle

    compost smell at this stage

    is the waters leaving the plant

    ensure your temps and Rh are up

    Why have temps up? I dry my grass very slowly in the coolest part of the house - say mid 50's F. Never liked higher temps for drying.

    I agree. Low 60s works for me with a gentle breeze.

    This time of year it can take me a week - a week and a half to dry to the point of jarring. Sometimes with big chunky dense material can take two weeks - and I prefer it like that. I don't get the "hay" smell I hear of so often on the boards. I think this can come from drying too quickly?

    These are the temps.. I have a fan blowing too non direct breeze
