Its normal but not good, you dont sit up str8 at all and you need to.... that was basically smoke that never got to escape and got stuck inside your lungs or smoke that went into your stomach

    diaphragm, use it

Hey Blasteroid, I wouldn't say swallowing smoke is necessarily normal, but it's not really harmful.

All that's happening is when you're smoking you're swallowing some of the smoke and burping it up later. This isn't really harmful unless done frequently, but it's not good for your stomach. When you swallow smoke it will typically stay inside your stomach for a while before you get the urge to belch it up. Smoke sitting inside your stomach, especially for an extended period of time, will deposit tar, ash, and carbon inside and on your stomach, irritating your stomach lining in the process. Not pleasant. Just imagine all the gunk that would be deposited into your lungs if you could (somehow) hold a hit in for ten minutes; that's being put into your stomach. As a result, nausea and stomach pain are the two most common adverse effects of swallowing smoke. If you need a more practical reason not to do it, that smoke that ends up in your stomach is effectively wasted; cannabinoids won't be absorbed through your stomach lining.

This swallowing usually happens one of two ways. Either you're taking hits too large for your lungs and inadvertently swallowing some excess smoke or you're swallowing air during your hits. The former can be fixed by simply taking smaller hits, the latter by breathing in with your diaphragm. If you do this correctly, your abdomen should bulge as you inhale.

  8. You a dragon *****. That's whats up. Like Natsu. Like if you get the reference.

  9. yeah it was just in the bottom of your lungs

  10. Actually, I heard once that this kid who smoked weed just one time started having these crazy episodes and would wake up with burn marks on his sheets and his skin started getting hard and almost scale-like. One time he was sitting in a stats lecture and yawned, and... I don't know if this is true or not, but some people said they saw the professor of that class being air lifted away with serious burns to his face and chest.

Yup, kid turned into a dragon. It's a serious medical condition.

And that was just from smoking weed ONCE. How long have you been smoking, man? You're done for.

  11. Oh wow your a mutant! .lol

  12. Your insides are on fire and due to the shock they are not responding with typical pain...Classic side-effect of the reefer.
