Not enough light. I had the same problem because I was growing in a very small room and not using enough light. My new room has an 8 foot ceiling and I started them in the new room with 3 1500w leds. I’ve since added two of my older 1000w lights. These are at nine weeks. Im getting a little over an inch a day in growth…and using fox farm grow big.
