It has been in soil for about 3 days under mh light 600w 24 hrs I noticed today that it looks like the seed has come out the ground but if you try to move it seems to be rooted in should I just leave it be is this normal?
I think you answered your own question brother. If it's rooted, it means its alive and in the incoming days the seedling will slowly come out of the shell that is the seed. Your soil seems way to wet though, be careful with that
