IS THIS NORMAL FOR DAY 7

    Planted in vegoro organic potting soil , water every 3 days and it about 7 days old. Burnt the leaf on day 2.
    Is this a normal size for day 7-8??
    Has a very red stem and the 2 new leaves coming in look yellow

    Is it day 7 after or before broke soil

    Vigoro is a big box store junk soil. You will be much better off replacing it ASAP and make sure you have plenty of aeration/drainage.

    I'm not a soil grower but I do know that the medium has to have a sufficient amount of perlite to be light and airy to allow oxygen to the roots for fast growth.
    7 days from sprout.
