mold shows itself on bud first as little white spots, progressing to full on coverage. when a bud is completely molded you will know, it looks like a spider wrapped it up almost. If there is ANY mold just toss it, it's not worth getting sick. Did you keep it in an air tight container? I have had bud get moldy that was stored in a vial because it was moist and didn't get any fresh air for a few weeks. from the picks your bud does not look moldy but do not take just my word for it.

 

last year my friend got some bud, put it in a bag, and when he went to smoke it he said it looked like it was covered in cobwebs. i said "dont smoke it man, its moldy and that can be real bad for you". he didnt listen and toked it anyway, and out of my bowl that he had borrowed. luckily nothing bad seems to have happened (yet). i cleaned my piece when i got it back

 

I've smoked roaches older then that so I'm sure you are fine.

 

Dry an moldy don't usually go hand in hand, because mold loves moisture.

I would throw it through a grinder, and it looks/smells/feels okay then I think it should be okay.
And keeping an orange peel in your bag for very long will cause it to mold, because orange peels mold by themselves. Thats adding two organic compounds in a container with no air flow and moisture, no good sir.
