is this mold?!

    i took some picks with a 30x loupe. i got this "purple haze" from a dispensary about a month ago and i think it looked just like this but maybe im being paranoid. ive been keeping it in a masonry jar in my fridge. i heard as long as its an air tight container thats ok, but it looks a little over fuzzy. is this mold or just some super sticky herb?

    on a side note has any1 ever gotten moldy herb from a dispensary? how closely do u think they monitor it?

    any feedback is much appreciated.

    some of the trichs have brown bubbles.. looks weird.
    i wouldnt even notice it without the cam so i would've smoked that a long time ago haha

    maybe it should b noted that the 3rd pic was taken through a loupe with an led light which is y the lighting is diff, the rest is sunlight

    i dont kno if that makes a diff

    I tend to agree. Looks like some frosty herb. I don't see any sign of mold.

    And to the guy who just popped his posting cherry, those little brown blobs in there are the heads of the trichomes. The heads of the trichomes can be clear, cloudy or amber, and some of these are amber.

    I wouldn't store weed in the fridge . . . condensation can form inside the mason jar, and then you definitely WILL get mold. Just store it in a cool, dark place but not the fridge or freezer.
