Is this in flower?

    Was on 24-0 then switched to 20-4 not growing much more and now new leafs coming in are tiny and wispy IMG_1258.JPG IMG_1258.JPG IMG_1258.JPG IMG_1258.JPG IMG_1258.JPG

    I haven’t gave it any nutrients apart from a litre of revive may I get anything if I don’t use nutrients I started in canna coco pro. It is barneys farm LSD feminised.
