  1. is it illegal to throw something away in a dumpster that belongs to a store like king soopers or a restaurant like mcdonals?

  2. I can't think of any reason why it would be illegal. Unless of course, you're throwing away a corpse.

  3. It should be legal, i dont see why any place would outlaw that...

  4. LOL YES! it's called stealing, if you take something from a store (without paying for it) and then throw it away. If you bought it, and then threw it away, that's completely legal, and also

  5. If you didnt buy it, yes
    If you bought it, no.

  6. Its only illegal if your using the dumpster to dump large amounts of trash such as piles or leaves or a couch or something, that you could get a ticket for.

if its just some trash, dont stress it.

  7. if the company pays for dumpsters from a waste management company it is illegal. but i never have known anyone to get caught.

  8. I believe Perfekt was talking about throwing something away on a dumpster owned by a store.

And to answer the question. YES, it IS illegal, most dumpsters say it is illegal for outside garbage to be dumped.

You see, they are paying for that garbage to be taken away by the garbage service, and you are using their dumpster.

On the other hand, I say go for it, It is highly unlikely you will get caught, but BE CAREFUL and make sure there are no cameras around.

wear a mask or a bandana on your face.:smoking:

  9. If your a dumbass its illegal

  10. You must have done some pretty weird shit to that dumpster to be worried about this...

  11. LOL it's illegal I'm pretty sure... some of them say: "private dumpster... violators will be prosecuted" LOL I do it all the time though

  12. im stoned and i cant stop laughing cuz this is soooo funny wow i say throw it !!!!lol

  13. haha thanks guys. no worries i got it taken care of w/o having to toss in a dumpster
