    So should I spray with a neem/water mix or maybe top dress some neem?

    BUGS! The squiggly lines are leaf miners. The spots look like thripes or mites.

    Spray some neem, spinosad or insecticidal soap.

    I sprayed with a neem/kelp treatment the day I posted those pics. I flushed with rainwater the next day and plants look beautiful again. Most of the damage is cleared or is in the process of clearing. I will post pics soon as sun comes up.
