Is this from the cold or from the PM spray?

Alright, it's been very rainy the last few weeks or so around me in CT, and has also gotten VERY cold at night. We had a frost warning but I don't think I got any. Anyway, I was starting to have issues with powdery mildew so I went to my local nursery and they gave me this stuff called Flower Pharm (with pure cinnamon oil). All organic and supposed to be safe on edible plants. So I sprayed them down. And it seems to have worked GREAT on the PM, however the leaves started looking a little messed up. Yellowing and curling. The hairs on the buds turned red, but that was to be expected from what I've read.

The buds look great otherwise. I'm not worried about them, but it's now effecting most of the leaves.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Did I just fuck up my entire grow? This was like a week ago.
