2- 4ft long shoplight fixtures with two bulbs in each

1- red spectrum sunlight florescent in each, along with another plain blue spectrum florescent (both 40watt T5's)

  2. General rule I follow is 100 watts for the first plant and 50 watts additional for each added plant.

  3. Another 250 watts or so, and you will be all setup for 6 plants.

  4. well i sppose they're doing well, they're about 1 to 1 and a half months old, and they're all about 1 ft tall, and i just topped them 3 days ago, and there's already growth coming out :b

  5. Remember the more light density the less stretching you will have and the denser buds you will have.

  6. Not really unless you're doing sea of green. I'd recommend growing about 2 plants under that, and keep them short (start flowering them when they're around 10-12").

edit: also 40W 4ft T5s? Are they HO?

  7. HO? huh?

  8. lol they're pretty bushy

  9. the plants wont be happy. you wont either.
