  4. Ya I would start the transition to flower nutes, cut back on the N increase the PK.

  5. I blast with PK week 1-2 with PK and veg nutes. Basically for week 1-2 I am hitting plants with the most nute of the grow to push them through the stretch into flower. If its still stretching I would be careful of cutting the N too much.

  7. So PK + veg nutes would be my formula. Keeping total EC under 2.0. Once the stretch finish I switch to all bloom nutes and start tapering feed EC down again.

  8. I’m only at 0.9 at the minute I won’t be raising it too high too soon

  9. Okay but you should now plants use maximum nutes in the strech. By the time I have buds formed I'm back down to less than 1.0. There is no reason to keep pushing feed EC after the stretch IMO. In the strech your plant is effective in both veg and flower.

  10. So should I not be waiting for my ec to drop before I increase it

  11. Less is always more with nutes but Im always confused by nute company schedules that have the EC marching up in week 7 and 8 of flower. The plants can take more nutes without dying later in flower but they absolutely dont use them.

In week 5+ I run an ec between .5 and .7 depending on what the plants ask for and thats with 70,000-100,000 lux.

  13. At harvest basically 80% of you bud is water and yes overfeeding late in flowers hurts yeilds b/c basically the plant cant get enough H2O without causing nute burn. Plants love water, light and CO2 more than any nutes you can buy.

The strech is the only time I try to force feed my plant. The stretch basically defines the yield for me. After the streach I keep running my feed down until my plant say they want more. Then I just follow their lead. Basically except for the final week of veg through the stretch I feed the minimum nutes the plant asks for. with a heck of a lot of water
