Is this common???

I have a plant that is about 2 weeks into flowering. It is in a 5 gallon bubble bucket. Until recently I have not had to add hardly any water to the bucket but the last 2 days it has been almost a gallon low every day??? Is this normal in flowering or should I be looking for a problem?
