Eh. I'm not and indoor grower, but I think the experienced ones might tell you you'll have to move at least one of your fans. Probably intake to the bottom of the box.
Ya move the intake to the bottom of the box, same side you currently have it on. And I would ditch the side lighting, get more lighting up top. Also, no need for an intake fan..just use a fan for the outflow and have the intake be passive.
