Is this adequate?

    I have a 2x3x3 grow space that is not closed off with no reflectors. 8 CFLs with two mounted on top (3 feet high) and 6 hanging down in and by plants. All are 26 watts for a total of 208 watts and 14,000 lumens. Currently vegging three plants 2 weeks in and am LSTing them. Going great so far but I need to make sure that this is enough light for flowering. I was thinking of possibly adding two more CFLs if needed but don't want to unless I have to. Thanks guys.

    Well im no expert but iv been advised tht
    150 actual watts not equal at least per plant an add 50 more for additional plant
    Paint it flat white yo itl help
